Our Flexible Live-In Care service offers a personalised solution that integrates HSE-funded support with additional private care hours. This approach provides families with a cost-effective way to ensure continuous, high-quality care while maximising available funding.
With this model, a dedicated live-in carer resides in the client’s home, delivering professional care for up to seven hours per day, six days a week. On the seventh day, a seamless transition is provided by our wider care team, ensuring your loved one is supported at all times.
By supplementing HSE-funded hours with private care, families can create a customised care plan that best meets their loved one’s needs without the high costs associated with full-time private care.
How it works
A dedicated live-in carer stays in the client’s home for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The care hours are a blend of HSE-funded support and privately funded hours.
The live-in carer works six days a week, with another carer seamlessly stepping in on the seventh day.
The carer is guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, ensuring continuity and high standards of care.
Our coordination team manages rotations to maintain consistency and a smooth transition between caregivers.
