For Healthcare Assistants
All professionals must hold comprehensive, current certifications aligned with HSE and HIQA best practices, including:
Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support
QQI Level 6 modules in complex care (where applicable)
People & Manual Handling (HSE aligned)
Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults & Children (Safeguarding Ireland)
Medication Management & Administration
CPR and Basic Life Support
Specialist training in Dementia, ABI, End-of-Life Care, and Physical or Intellectual Disabilities
For Nurses
We work with a highly experienced team of:
Registered General Nurses (RGNs)
Intellectual Disability Nurses (RPNs/IDNs)
Paediatric Nurses (Children’s Nurses)
Each nurse is:
Registered with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland)
Up-to-date with clinical competencies and mandatory CPD
Trained in clinical oversight, complex care, and condition-specific protocols
Supported with shadowing opportunities and clinical handovers on new placements
