Personal & Practical Care

The Circle of Comfort Plan

Helping You Live Comfortably & Independently at Home

The Circle of Comfort is our daily support foundation, focusing on personal and practical care. We prioritise independence and routine for clients. Our carers provide respectful assistance with daily activities, enhancing comfort and dignity. We tailor care for older adults, hospital recovery, and those with limited mobility. Personal care is discreet, ensuring privacy. We also manage tasks and chores, helping clients and families maintain a safe, tidy home.

Services We Provide

All Circle of Comfort care plans are nurse-supervised to ensure timely responses to any health or routine changes. If a client's mobility or health concern changes, we swiftly involve nursing staff or recommend additional support.

Personal Care Assistance

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, all done with utmost respect for the person’s comfort and dignity.

Our Approach

It’s not just about performing tasks – it’s about doing them in a way that honours the person’s lifestyle and choices. We match clients with compatible caregivers who build friendly relationships over time. You’ll often find our caregivers and clients sharing stories, laughing over memories, or sitting down for a cup of tea together after tidying up. It’s these small moments in the circle of care that bring comfort and a sense of normalcy to each day.

In short, Circle of Comfort ensures that the basics are done right – every day – so clients feel cared for, supported, and comfortable at home. If you or a loved one could use help with daily living or just an extra pair of hands around the house, our Circle of Comfort services are here for you.

Moments That Matter

Instead of just providing help, we focus on creating meaningful moments — from a warm chat over tea to helping someone get dressed in a way that makes them feel like themselves. These everyday interactions build trust, comfort, and familiarity. That’s what Circle of Comfort is all about: small gestures that make a big difference.

Led By Nurses, Tailored to You

What sets our Circle of Comfort apart is the clinical oversight behind every plan. Each client’s daily care routine is shaped and reviewed by a registered nurse, ensuring the support provided is not only compassionate, but appropriate for their health needs. From choosing the right mobility aids to monitoring subtle changes in wellbeing, our nurse-led approach gives families peace of mind and clients the confidence to stay at home safely and comfortably.
